In our work we use building information modeling (BIM) which allows us to create advanced models and virtually test their properties. BIM also helps us to control the budget and the schedule of investments while allowing far-reaching flexibility in the design of the project.

Thanks to BIM software we have access to full information about the building at every stage of the construction investment which facilitates multi-branch work coordination. These tools help us to pursue environmental policy, allowing precise evaluation of building energy consumption and predict the course of its depreciation. BIM also helps us in realizing the concept of Integrated Project Delevery, which harness the insights and experience of all participants to optimized project and implement most suitable construction methods.
